How can I have some more information from you?
If you’d like to have more information such as price, shipping costs, delivery time, etc., please contact us by e-mail or phone. Please make sure that you give an accurate contact method of yourself to us. As we have a wide range of products so please do let us know which one(s) you are interested in so that we can have an efficient feedback for you. Also if you could estimate the scale of the purchase potentials from us, it would be really helpful, as the prices and the delivery time are always associated with the different quantities.Please contact us now.

What’s your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
Most of items don’t have MOQ.For small and light items,you can deliver them by air courier such as DHL,UPS,Fedex,TNT etc.However,we strongly recommend you to order mugs more than 2CBM per order,it will be delivered by sea to save much shipping cost.

I have another suppliers in China, Can I ship their goods with your container?
Yes, we could collect your goods from other suppliers in our container if it has space, but will need you to provide the details of the goods such as the volume, packing method, products type and the contact of the supplier in advance. All the data must be clear and cannot include any contraband. The suppliers will need to deliver the goods to our warehouse the day on or one day before container loading. We will charge truckage or forklift charge if necessary.

How is your payment terms? Can we do by L/C ?
We accept 30% deposit when order confirmed, and the rest to be paid before shipping.We prefer to accept payment by T/T (Telegraph transfer) to appointed bank account in China or Hong Kong. We can also accept small payment via Western Union transfer or PAYPAL if you like.For L/C payment terms, we have to check what’s the items you need firstly.

If possible, can we have some items samples first? Is it free?
We can send you free samples, we will double check when get your sample list. The freight is not included, do you have any Fedex, UPS or TNT account # for freight collecting? Or we will quote you the shipping cost.
